Emmanuel Ruffo is an architect, researcher, graphic designer and a computer programmer. He is a professor at the School of Architecture in Anahuac University, at the Department of Architecture and Industrial Engineering in ITESM-CEM and at the School of Architecture, Graphic Design and Communication in La Salle University, in Mexico. He is a visiting professor at the Institut Fur Architektur und Medien TUGraz in Austria and has served to other institutes such as ESARQ Technical School of Architecture in UIC University and Elisava School of Design in Barcelona, Spain.
Emmanuel Ruffo is a member of the scientific review comitee in SiGraDi and CAAD Futures congress. He is the founder and principal at R[e]thinking-Architecture : R[e]thinking Academic (Mexico 2003 / Italy 2007). He has exhibited his work at (Im)material processes - The Beijing Architecture Bienniale (China), Vitro Glass Museum Bienniale II (Monterrey), Digital Spaces II (Chile), BIAU Iberoamerican Bienniale of Architecture and Urbanism II (Portugal), FFWD Genetic Architectures (Spain) and at the Cultural Museum of Guadalajara (Guadalajara).
Since 2003 he lives and works in Europe, Asia and America.
